What are the requirements for a photo to be engraved?
- The photo must be of high resolution:
If you enlarge a photo that is too small, the quality will be lower. - Choose a photo with enough depth, so that the main subject does not disappear into the background.
- A photo with good lighting of the main subject / person also helps to make it look good.

How can you personalize your gift on your website and what does that mean?
To create your unique personal piece of jewelry, you start by choosing the piece of jewelry you want. Then you choose whether you want text and photo engraving. Add an image or text, or both. Then put the product in the shopping cart and go to the checkout and complete your payment. If you chose photo engraving, you send the image you wish to engrave to: unikdesign@fintochbilligt.se enter your order number as subject.
Does it cost anything extra to personalize your gift?
The cost of text and photo engraving is added to the price of the jewellery.
How do I know that my image is high enough quality?

What format can I use?
You can use files in JPG, BMP and PNG formats. Is this too technical or do you have an image in a different format that you want to use? Please contact our customer service. They will be happy to help you make the perfect gift!
Is my gift wrapped?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping yet. All jewelry is sent in an exclusive velvet bag. You can also choose a suitable jewelery box on the website.
Delivery time, delivery options and shipping costs
Can I choose the delivery date?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Jewelry with photo engraving is sent within 7-14 days.
If you choose express, they will be sent within 1-7 days.
What delivery options can I choose?
You can choose home delivery, standard delivery or express delivery.
We deliver with DHL, UPS and Postnord.
Payment
How can I pay for my order?
We offer the following payment methods: Paypal, Swish, MobilePay, Vipps, bank card, invoice via Svea or BG. In the case of Bank-Giro payment, your order will not start before payment has been registered.
