When you pay via Svea invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never need to provide your card details, and always pay after you receive your goods.
The credit period for this purchase is 30 days from the invoice date. The invoice is sent in connection with the delivery. In accordance with the agreement with the e-shop, an invoice fee of SEK 0 is charged.
- Always get the item home before you pay. (Note: Does not apply to special orders).

Company invoice:
Credit check: When applying for payment via company invoice, the usual credit check is carried out, which may mean that a credit report is obtained.
Terms of payment: Due date and other terms for company invoices appear on the invoice. In the case of invoice payment, the payment must have been received no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
In the event of a delay in payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added as well as late payment interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.
Transfer: All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments due to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.
GDPR: When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB and we will then share the company customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the personal data controller for the claims that we have transferred to Svea Bank. Gift Card
- The gift card can be purchased with the desired amount between SEK 100 and SEK 1000
- The gift card can be used to pay all or part of the amount you want to shop for, your receipt shows the remaining amount on the gift card.
- You can use the gift card at every purchase until the value is 0:-
- When the gift card is used in a purchase, it can be combined with another payment method, but then not all payment methods are supported, only Swish or Kortbetalning are supported.
- The gift card is valid for three years from the date of purchase.

What does the gift card look like?
Your gift card is sent by e-mail, SMS or physically by POST to the recipient, you choose the one that suits you best. The gift cards is generated by GoGift. The gift card has lot of different looks you can choose. This is just an example.

Shipping (Posten)
Shipping is SEK 29 within Sweden, SEK 100 Denmark/Finland
Prices include VAT at 25% within the EU.
Shipping to Norway is SEK 96 excluding VAT, Norwegian customers pay no VAT in the store,
VAT for Norwegian customers is paid locally in Norway at 25%
Any customs fees outside the EU are paid by the customer.
Unclaimed packages are charged SEK 300 (express shipping 400).
Unclaimed packages that are returned to us are stored for two weeks and then disposed of.
Home delivery Postbox
Home delivery Postbox means that the package is left in your letterbox or postbox.
The package is sent with Postnord My Pack Home Small and is trackable all the way.
You will receive a message when the package has been delivered.
This is a recommended option for safe deliveries in Corona times.
Express shipping
Express shipping means that we process your order before everyone else regardless of whether it is with or without engraving and sends it the same day if the order is placed before 12.00 on a weekday.
This usually means that you receive your order the following weekday. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. We can only be responsible for your order being sent according to the conditions. Since express shipping also means priority and a lot of administrative work in terms of handling and engraving, we cannot credit express shipping if it is sent according to conditions and the delay is caused by a third party. Note! in northern Sweden and some hard-to-reach places, it can be + 1 day delivery time depending on the carrier's delivery times. This applies to all shipping companies in Sweden.
Note! This does not apply to photo engraving, fingerprints or special engraving that is sent within 3-7 days with express shipping. returns to us are kept in stock for two weeks and then disposed of.
Express shipping is always sent by registered post.
Purchase
An agreement is made when ordering if purchase only when fintochbilligt.se has confirmed the order through an e-mailed order confirmation. Your order is sent from us within 1-3 working days without engraving and 1-7 working days if engraving is selected. You as a customer should then have your product within a few days after this. However, Vi cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. We can only be responsible for your order being sent according to the conditions. This does not apply to special orders. The delivery time for specially ordered rings is approx. 35-50 working days. Note! During holidays such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc. we recommend that you order in good time or alternatively order with express as there may be a few days added to the delivery time due to peak. Fint og Billigt is not responsible for a package not arriving in time for an important holiday if it is ordered shortly without express.
The order confirmation is automatically generated by our database without manual review.
In the event of any inaccuracies in e.g. the indication of price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards.
Note! This does not apply to photo engraving, fingerprints or special engraving which are sent within 7-14 days.
All goods are sold individually unless otherwise stated on the product page. If you want several rings, put one ring at a time in the shopping cart.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel or make changes to an existing order. Changes are not carried out as there is a high risk of changes being missed or wrong. If, after all, you want to make a change in engraving when this is possible in exceptional cases, we are not responsible for any errors that arise due to the original order has been changed.
Delivery delay
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays (Note: If the item is engraved, it is not possible to cancel the purchase). We always do our best to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier cannot fulfill his commitment to us. Compensation is not paid in the event of a possible delivery delay.
Note! In the event of a delivery delay caused by a third party (shipping company), we must wait 14 working days before we can send new products, as this is the time it can take for a delivery on a wrong route to show up or return to us.
Note! It is not possible to cancel the purchase if it is a special order. There is also no compensation for delivery delays on a special order as these are not stock items but are manufactured exclusively for the customer.
Risks during transport
We stand for the transport risk from our warehouse to you (ie damaged or lost goods). This applies provided you entered the correct delivery address.
A correct delivery address is the address you are registered at. If you enter an address you are not registered at, you must enter a c/o address.
If you do not enter a c/o address and are not registered at the address, we will not replace the shipment if it does not arrive.< br />If the product is damaged on arrival, the packaging must be saved for documentation and all labels must remain on the rings.
This must be reported to us immediately after delivery.
If you have not specified the correct delivery address, we will charge you for all costs that arise as a result.
You bear the risk in the event of any return to us.
The following applies to delivery according to the Consumer Purchase Act:
The buyer is considered responsible for the goods, e.g. responsibility for loss or damage, when the risk of the goods has passed to him.
The risk for a product in transport purchases passes to the buyer when the product has been handed over (8 § KKL). An item is handed over when it is in the buyer's possession, that is, the item has been taken care of by the buyer or has been handed over to him in some other way, for example if it has been put in the mailbox or equivalent.

Split orderShould any of the items you ordered have a considerably longer delivery time than the other items, we can in some cases split your order. As a customer, you never have to pay more than the agreed original shipping. extra warranty on all Tungsten rings that is valid for one year from the date of purchase, where we replace a cracked ring free of charge in the same size and engraving. However, we only replace one ring once under the warranty, as it is considered negligence if the damage is repeated. In this case, we leave a 30% discount on a new purchase as goodwill.

NOTE!! Right of withdrawal and open purchase do not apply to special orders or if the customer has ordered engraving on the jewellery.
FintochBilligt assures the customer that the product meets the appropriate standard for usability, reliability, and durability. The FintochBilligt guarantee does not cover:
- Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire or water. (contact with water should be avoided)
- Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness or accidents. (bumps, dents, crush damage, abrasions, scratches, etc.)
- Faults or damages caused by repair or modification by third parties without the consent of FintochBilligt.
- Aesthetic changes, defects and damages due to normal wear and aging (e.g. minor scratches, discoloration of the material, scratches on the surface, etc.)
- Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to exposure or incorrect use of metal polish, corrosive agents, chemicals, creams, perfumes, abrasives , hand sanitizer or intentional grinding/scraping.

Return/Exchange/Complaint

Once your matter has been handled and approved, you will receive information on how to proceed in the event that the goods are to be returned to Fint och Billigt.
Right of withdrawal and open purchase and right of return valid for 14 days. Fint och Billigt does not pick up packages that have been sent without an agreement that it should be sent back.
According to the Consumer Goods Act, you as a customer have the right to complain for 1 year after you have received the item, Note the guarantee does not apply to plating that has been scratched, scratched or if the ring or jewelery has lost its color as this is related to how the ring is used and how much external impact the ring has or the jewelery is exposed to. Fintochbilligt.se applies the Consumer Purchase Act's complaint right. ATTENTION! It is important that you make a correct report. Visible error: Report directly to fintochbilligt.se. The packaging is saved for possible complaints to the post office for transport damage. Complaints about engraving must be reported immediately and within three days at the latest. Hidden error: reported to fintochbilligt.se within 3 days of receiving the item. We will replace a product that we consider to be wrongly shipped or damaged. Note! This does not apply to shadows and reflections in photos. (most photos may have some type of reflection or shadow, if you are unsure about this you must check this before purchase.) In the event of a complaint, we always send out new rings or jewelery in the sizes ordered and with the engraving ordered free. If a size change is desired in connection with a complaint, we offer a discount code for a new purchase. An administrative fee of SEK 150/ring is added when engraving is changed in connection with a complaint. This fee is to cover the extra costs that are added and due to there are those who destroy the ring because the engraving is incorrect. ATTENTION! When returning, any shipping costs you paid at the time of your purchase will not be refunded.
NOTE! We are not responsible for return slips.
It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping and to ensure that the return reaches us safely without damage to the goods.
It is perfectly fine to make an exchange or return if engraving is not chosen by the customer. Foning that the products are completely unused, and in their original packaging and with labels. If it turns out that the labels are missing, we charge SEK 250, if there are minor scratches or marks on the rings and these can be polished away, we charge a minimum of SEK 250 to restore them. If there are more severe scratches, dents or damage, we will not be able to accept the return and in this case will charge a return cost if you want the rings back.
The goods you return must be in their original condition and in their original packaging when they arrive at our warehouse.
Fint og Billigt reserves the right to refuse the return of products that are used, dirty or otherwise impossible to resell.
NOTE!! Right of withdrawal, right of exchange and open purchase do not apply to special orders as well as gift cards or if the customer has engraved the jewelry. Earrings and intimate jewelry such as piercing jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons. Note! The handling time for exchanges or returns is up to 14 days. Keep in mind that you must pay your invoice on time to avoid a reminder fee if you chose to pay via invoice. We recommend that you extend the payment date with Svea to avoid this. Deviations, Reservations and Reservations
FintochBilligt reserves the right to cancel an order without justification if circumstances require it. FintochBilligt reserves the right for measurement deviations on all products in the assortment with up to a 10% margin of error.
